About
Pam Toler began her credit union career over forty-five years ago and moved up the ranks from file clerk to CEO. Along the way, she loved helping out small credit unions with audits and other consulting needs. As a lifelong credit union advocate, her desire is to help small credit unions stay relevant and remain an important part of their communities.
On a personal level, Pam loves books of all sorts -- especially children's books and historical romance novels. She started an online bookstore to employ young people who have trouble finding a job due to social anxiety.

Other Supervisory Committee Audits
The Other Supervisory Committee Audit option includes the minimum procedures for completing the annual audit requirement under section 715.7 of the NCUA Rules and Regulations. BSA Audits
Independent BSA testing should evaluate the overall adequacy of the bank’s BSA/AML compliance program and the bank’s compliance with BSA regulatory requirements. This evaluation helps inform the board of directors and senior management of weakness, or areas in need of enhancements or stronger controls. Typically, this evaluation includes an explicit statement in the report(s) about the bank’s overall compliance with BSA regulatory requirements. At a minimum, the independent testing should contain sufficient information for the reviewer (e.g., board of directors, senior management, BSA compliance officer, review auditor, or an examiner) to reach a conclusion about the overall adequacy of the BSA/AML compliance program. More information can be found here.
